FEATURED PRESENTATION: Business Plans: The Agony of It Made Easier!!

Kara Countryman will go over the basic aspects of a business plan and discuss the particularly painful pieces like market research, SWOT analysis, comparative analysis, and financials. You will learn:

  • How to create strategies for sales and marketing.
  • Great ways to discuss leadership and things to consider when starting this process.
  • Emphasize the importance of goal setting and how to achieve the big goals that feel unattainable.

Numerous resources and insights will be provided into this often painful and cringey process so that anyone that needs to create or recreate theirs, can approach it with confidence.

Presented by Kara Countryman, owner of Romanfield Enterprise Consulting, a business strategy consulting firm. Kara has been working with entrepreneurs and small business owners for over 20 years, contributing to the success of numerous individuals and organizations through her experience of starting and running small companies of her own, as well as, her passion and education in culture, economics, social inequalities and systems theories.
